About

How we report outcomes

We’re a new company, so we don’t have results to publish yet, and we won’t invent them. Once we have enough closed cases to be meaningful, we’ll publish real figures here, with the method behind each one.

What we’ll publish

MeasureWhy it matters
Returns accepted by the IRS on first submissionAccuracy
Days from sign-up to filing, for e-filed yearsSpeed you can feel
Payment plans still current after 24 monthsWhether resolutions last
Offers in Compromise accepted, compared with the IRS’s overall acceptance rateWhether we recommend offers responsibly
Complaint and refund ratesHow often we get it wrong

How we’ll measure

  • Every eligible case counts, not a selected few.
  • We’ll publish the method, including what’s excluded and why.
  • We’ll start once we have [MINIMUM SAMPLE] closed cases for a measure, and update on a regular schedule.

What you won’t see here

No “dollars resolved” totals, no hand-picked testimonials, and no star ratings until we have real, unedited reviews to show.

See where you stand in a few minutes.

The estimate is free. The $79 IRS investigation is the first thing you pay for, and it counts toward your plan.
